I think if you look at the Services in your account, it will appear as ?Pending?. 

At the moment domain registrations are still manually approved, both to validate domains manually against GitHub for the 60 day reservation period, and to work out some minor bugs as they crop up. After the initial registration the domain can be updated automatically via the web interface. This is temporary, automated registrations should just be a flip of a switch once I feel comfortable doing so (likely in 60 days). 

Domains should be approved within 1-3 hours during typical business hours (US Central).

After registering, I get this message:
"No Domains Registered With Us"

But, when I try again I get this message:
"The subdomain you entered is already taken"

I assume that means that my registration then
actually was successful.

Could you please clarify what's going on with that?
