Sorry, misread your response. One of the criticisms I have with
OpenDNS is that they do redirects on NXDOMAIN results. I don't
believe we should be mucking around with this. It's likely users are
setting up at least 2 nameservers, so if one does go down, there's a
good chance DNS will still be operational for them.
