This is another point I doesn't thought about before.
The 15 min. delay for whitelisting-update is very terrible if you use an
mobile device and lots of wifis.
If you are on the way and use i.E. an big WiFi-Network like FON or another
every WiFi you join will have an new IP every day and for every WiFi on every
day you have to wait up to 15 minutes!?
This is in no useabillity!

Before anyone whitelisting his server we should think a lot about the
benefits of whitelisting...

I think we shouldn't waste our brain for this and should work a lot on our
iptables and other filters.
This would improve the useabillity and openness and don't make it close to a
lot of people that are no "computer-freaks".
