If we accept a central authority "capable" to deny or grant tlds...

And this central authority only decide with money based criteria...

Internet will be "purchased" and we will be only slaves who pay
masters to exist.

PD: We don't need any central authority to mantain and expand internet
namespaces.

We only need A FAIR RULE:

"If you resolve ALL namespaces to the public, you can create SOME
public namespaces".
