It doesn't matter now, does it? What has been done is done. Now it is up to 
someone else to look after.

Look, the circumstances were a combination of:
* Infrastructure change without adequate notice.
* Out of date information in the wiki.
* Increasingly apathetic operator.

It's all done now ok. Just drop it. This thread is no longer constructive to 
subscribers right now.
