Another issue is what are the rules on who can server on the board of
directors in a certain country. Clearly since we have people all over, a
board of people from one country is crap. Do we have to be a citizen to
start a non-profit there? Do we even need to have a local presence?

Very good catch. I know I have not thought about these aspects of becoming a
legal entity.

What is the solution? I'd imagine in any country we register, this would be
of a real concern.
