I see what you are saying now. Since we haven't seen the warrant's we
can't really say if it is valid nor are we qualified to do so (Unless
you are an attorney ?). In either event a warrant drawn up by .gov and
signed by a siting judge is normally enforceable meaning they can seize
the domain. Once the organizations attorney(s) become involved the story
may change but until then the registrar has no choice but to comply.
