Take a look at http://opennic.oss/test/log.php
That info is updated every 5 minutes, and basically just shows if the server can 
be reached.  I've also tried to manually get results from your server, with the 
same sporadic results.  Once in awhile the packets are getting through, but for 
the most part I just get timeout errors.

Good luck figuring it out.
