ok, i have installed centos 5.6, on a server.

do all the stuff, but when i do the following

dig . NS @58.6.115.46 > db.root

[root@opennic etc]# dig . NS @58.6.115.46 > db.root
[root@opennic etc]#

but if i check my db.root:


; <<>> DiG 9.3.6-P1-RedHat-9.3.6-16.P1.el5 <<>> . NS @58.6.115.46
;; global options:  printcmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached


my resolv.conf is:

[root@opennic etc]# cat /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 69.164.208.50
nameserver 216.87.84.211
[root@opennic etc]#
