I did not believe that Anonymous will reach their goal to bring down the 
global DNS to a non usable level and did not really understand what they are 
think to plan to do there. This is not like bringing down a single or couple 
of website(s) of single companies as they did in the past by stupid DDoS...

Most affected (means: if they really reach at least a minimum DDoS against 
the 
DNS) would be smaller / the smallest ISPs  / companies and/or lower developed 
areas / countries btw..
