I would think so. I would think that if the root servers go down, or
other events to bring down the `net, then you can be pretty certain that
it's a staged event.

The establishment really needs to get control of the 'net to get their
wide spread censorship program in place. The evidence to support this is
the continued hard pushing for legislation to do this in virtually all
countries, and in the global governance bodies.

The controlled opposition/false flag attack technique has been used for
thousands of years, and has been repeated thousands of times, and to
this day, works almost every time, in almost every case, the majority
swallow the story, hook line and sinker.
