Howdy everyone,

just wanted to get the word out that the first release of Neo's OpenNIC
Installer is available for windows.
This not only chooses the fastest servers out there, but also does it
automagicly.

feel free to download and try it out. If you are on a pre-XP machine
you're going to need .Net 2.0 or later
