It would be a peering agreement I imagine. They are a different
"organizations" and they aren't trying to be a T2. However, this is a bit
different than normal peering as they aren't really an alt root... though
sorta. Really, all they would need to do is either slave us as a T1 or act
as a T2 for OpenNIC domains and there would likely be no change on OpenNIC's
side. I guess we need to know more about their underlying infrastructure to
know more.
