Apologies for not researching further. A peering agreement does sound like a
good idea then.
However, Unless they use some TLD method, we would not be able to access the
rescued sites just
with a peering agreement.

Also, isn't .bit a collider TLD with dot-bit's .bit? Or are they also slaving
.bit?
