I mean, I am sure the site explains what is going on.  Besides, it isn't really OpenNICs position to tell people who can see their site or what they put on it.  So while I personally disagree with that sort of policy, it is irrelevant.  Another idea would be to only block the US users if they are using your ICANN domain?
