Honestly I think that most of the troubles we have center around the
IPv6 servers... The majority are provided through tunnels, and I
frequently see the IPv6 address of a server failing, when the IPv4 of
the same server is still online.  This is true even at this moment...
The only server that is offline is the IPv6 address of a server which is
still responding on IPv4.
