Providing a little bit of cash isn't always going to provide a dedicated
team willing to operate on a schedule or roster, no matter how little
time you ask for.

Just as an example: I did video operation for my church's worship
service last week, and enjoyed it a lot. It barely took any time,
considering how many hours are in a week- but it's still not something I
want to commit myself to doing every other, third, fourth, whatever,
week. I have other things going on.
