Seems to me to be a policy change. It was our policy to publish under one 
license, now it's our policy to publish under another.

I was under the impression that OpenNIC is a Democratic organization, am I 
right? If I'm wrong then fair enough, your one of the founders, you make up 
the rules of the game and change them at will. Though that might make people 
wonder about being a part of such an organization.

I agree that voting on everything could be time consuming, but as I said in a 
previous message, I have only ever seen the membership vote on T.L.D.s. It 
would be nice to vote on policy changes too.
