Hi,

I (and I'm sure others) are finding it difficult to follow the .ibu
discussion, in fact going back posts I still can't put together what
exactly is going on.

I propose OpenNIC sets up a Bugzilla subdomain on opennicproject.org,
where we can make "enhancement" suggestions (e.g. proposed OpenNIC TLDs,
ICANN's new TLDs, the DDoS problem) and can use "vote for enhancement"
before a specified date as a way to decide OpenNIC policy, or to reopen
previous decisions.

I'd imagine Bugzilla would be the best software to use, as I'd imagine
it would be easy to set up, and probably could only allow "enhancement"
reports.

Does anyone agree?
