some months ago there was a discussion about this, too. I can't send a link to

There, several members offered any help we could give and Travis said there 
was
work beign done to put it online again, but nothing more.

Some fellow pirates (from PP Argentina) and myself are just working on setting
up a tier 2 right now, but eventually we could adopt .pirate if no one else
with more resources, knowledge or whatever has

+1 at having some kind of policy, with emphasis in adoption of the TLD by
