Okay, if I understand your English correctly, OpenNIC has in the past
decided not to fight ICANN. This policy has existed as long as OpenNIC
has existed. To break from this tradition, we would declare war on
ICANN and reject their decisions. If we decide to reject ICANN, then
ICANN .ing websites and services will NOT resolve for OpenNIC users.
Only OpenNIC .ing websites and services will resolve, instead.

Although it is possible to split OpenNIC into ICANN-compliant and
ICANN-rejecting recursive resolving name servers, OpenNIC is unlikely
to change their tradition.
