heya--
With the recent and past confusions with voting, it's time to solve this problem. The problem isn't the voting system however, it's the workflow.
I've looked for a voting policy for OpenNIC and I can't find one. I'd like help to create one so we don't get into this confused state again.
We can first talk/debate(!=flame) the workflow and then build a policy around that.
The current(un-documented) workflow is this. propose idea on m/l -> discuss idea for 7 days -> some one calls a vote -> vote gets seconded -> vote established(7days) -> vote closes -> winner announced
Any thoughts on the current workflow?
