I've been looking at that page, but when you say "close
enough" how is that accomplished by that page?

I'm using a VPN on a VPS so I know the exact location of
the server. My ISP location is somewhere around here, but
the listings for that never get within 100km in either
direction, and more often than not is shown as the
location of the company who provides the IPs and that's
not even in the same Province as me.

Actually, my ISP's DNS servers are probably a good choice
since they're a small family owned business and have
no interest in logging and such. However, I prefer
servers with known philosophies and which include
alternative IP space.
