Hello, 

First of all, i would like to thank you for the opennicproject. 

We are a growing hosting provider in Algeria and we are faced with some issues 

regarding our country's official tld .dz.
Technically it is really hard to become a local registar since they need DNS servers to be present within the country. 

.dz domains also require a proof of activity whic is not possible for all. 

we would like to help and create a tld named " .dzair " the name of the country in Arabic. 

Would this be possible ?
