This is definitely possible. We need you to send us a link to your charter so we can put it to a vote. I see no problem with this TLD, I will vote yes as long as the charter is in the spirit of OpenNIC's principles.

Yes the DNS might be a problem. but i heard of the possibility of doing some bind to another private DNS thati can run.
