This sounds good, but it brings up some questions.
I don't know the political environment there, but
is there likely to be any resistance from the powers
that be? Also, Houssem, will your users be able to
use OpenNIC DNS servers? I suppose they will because
they probably get the numbers via your DHCP, but do
they know that other people will not be able to
reach their web sites?
