Of course not. We don't have that issue with .parody...

If .free TLD users will be using the .libre TLD or if it will be used by new users, then I am OK with that.

My point was, that maybe .libre won't get any interest at all and then, it won't make sense to have it. (Because out of that ~20 users (maybe more) only several will notice the changes and only some of those will get a .libre).

The domains under .free require yearly renewals. As long as people are
interested enough to keep renewing their domains, I don't see any reason
to shut down any of the TLDs. If folks don't want to renew their domain
under .libre that is their business, but I plan to at least give
everyone the chance to reserve their existing domains under the new TLD.
