FUSL, what's your plan with the dnscrypt github repo?  There's already
a few sync problems from the dyne repo.

I've commented on the dyne repo issues, but if we'd rather keep our own
fork of dnscrypt within the opennic community, then so be it.

Dyne has stated that they don't plan on doing any updates to the
software, just maintenance of s/w and resolvers.
