But this is country-like TLD. So when VOTE will be started members that are against country-like TLDs will come.

As it was with .RUS and others.

That's a good question.  :D

Personally, I don't have an opinion about .ssr one way or another. 
Well, I suppose I do not think it is bad, so I would vote "yay" in advance.  lol

I'm still working on getting public adoption of openNIC based on it's old form of volunteerists.  Tough slogging.

Right now there are no functional three letter general use TLDs.
