I am not suggesting that we do nothing. I am just pointing out that we
aught to be cautious about doing the wrong thing.

Aside from that, a conspiracy (a collaboration between more than one
individual) is certainly taking place on March 31st. The question is who
is conspiring? This is the trouble with faceless organizations, they are
very easily hijacked, spoofed, or otherwise corrupted.
