Hi,

That just means that a resolver that the service has selected to be an
active resolver (applied to the O/S) has not responded to queries, so a
re-evaluation is then scheduled to take place in the following few
seconds to attempt to replace the defective resolver.

Hmmm...perhaps we should make that notice less scary looking since it's
terribly fatal.
