Alex,

Thanks for the insight. I'm a complete Mac/OS X nube.

Yeah, most likely it's possible to build the Qt SDK on the 32-bit Mac
from source, and Trolltech/Nokia probably just don't bother supporting a
binary version.

I'll see what I can get running in a VM Mac-wise, and if I can get a
32-bit OS X running then I can attempt to build the tool chain.

Also, would a 32-bit Mac binary run on a 64-bit OS X generally speaking?

I'm just wondering if it might be less overhead to only support a 32-bit
Mac binary that runs on 32/64 bit O/S.

Dunno...just thinking out loud for now.
