That is my favourite too.  The top logo is intended to be used as an
alternative with it (for example when wanting to fit it into a narrow
space or block like the reversed image).

Of course you have permission.  I would like to do a bit of adjustment
on the spacing line thicknesses and the letterforms of the "NIC".  I
would be able to give you svg images and/or bitmap versions at any size
you might want.
