Depending on it's intended usage, there are plenty of services out there
that have some merit.  Amazon Web Services and Google App Engine come to
mind.  I am an AWS customer myself, and so is a local 501(c)(3) I work
with.  Google App Engine is very attractive, but I haven't played with
it much.
