Thanks for engaging with this debate, although picking at the minutia, I can 
see eyes rolling and the few remianing on this thread leaving! But personally 
I love the learning that comes out of it. Not only do I learn if I am right 
or wrong, I learn why that is the case, the latter being very important I 
think.

So D.N.S. is to be DNS on the OpenNIC website! :-)

Though it's interesting to read that Wikipedia artical. It proves me both 
right and wrong! Assuming you believe everything on Wikipedia! ;-)

Technically I seem to be right, but as in many cases things move on and it 
would seem many have dropped the stops, though it's interesting to note the 
U.S. or should that be US? Tends toward keeping them.

I will now enjoy both ways, here, I will use DNS, but personally stick with 
tradition, I love the old ways! ;-)
