Nice job!  I think the navigation is fine.  A couple of typos remain
on the home page:

Under "Total DNS Neutrality," you should delete "or the speed in
which they load" because in all truthfulness, DNS doesn't determine or
affect this.

Replace "it's" with "its" in "No Cost (Gratis)" section (first
instance), also in "No More ISP DNS Hijacking."

In "No More ISP DNS Hijacking" you need a period following the second
instance of "ISP."

I also think "US Federal Government" is redundant. Just shorten it to
"US Government."
