I am not proud of my imperialist ancestry and I see no reason why any language should dominate other than for the clarity it brings speaking in only one tongue. But English seems to be that language, like it or not and if a non native English speaker is to propose such things as T.L.D.s to the world as a whole, good English is required in my opinion, if only to be properly understood.

OpenNIC has most definitely got the right to accept or deny your request to support your T.L.D. as part of OpenNIC. I wonder if you understand what OpenNIC is and how it works?

Please clarify... Do you want OpenNIC to accept your T.L.D. as part of OpenNIC or are you asking OpenNIC to peer with you?

Either way, as things stand, should this go to a vote I am strongly against without massive changes to both charter and approach.
