Please do remember we all have duties outside of OpenNIC which sometimes
leads to delays, even long ones. At its core, this is a community and
volunteer effort.

I personally don't have a problem with the official language being
Spanish. However, because a good majority of us do speak English and
not Spanish, you would need to use both (as it seems you have/do)

You are correct in that we have no power to just tell you not to have a
TLD. However we DO have the power to tell you what will or will not be
officially sanctioned by OpenNIC. As mentioned elsewhere, it seems you
want a peering and not an OpenNIC TLD. Currently there is no official
policy (that I know of) on how to become a peer. I will work on this,
but please do remember that this is still a volunteer project so it may
take a bit. As always T2 operators are free to resolve whatever they
want, but we do ask that they make note of any non-standard things their
servers do on the wiki page.

Not sure how much I agree with a random committee deciding what is/is
not "fair content."

Alejandro, I can appreciate that it isn't fun to get your ideas
seemingly attacked, but you need to accept the criticism and realize
that there *are* rules to OpenNIC. We do advocate freedom here but that
doesn't mean that we have no rules or procedures. Trying to bypass
these rules is not a good way to gain favor of the community at large.
You came in and immediately just told people what to do with no
explanation or anything and a short charter at the end. On top of that
you advocated redirecting NXDOMAIN responses which is generally frowned
upon in this community. You also have unilaterally decided to run tests
on our T2 servers with no consent, which is not acceptable. We discuss
things here before making decisions. You asked individuals to resolve
your domains with no discussion at all, and that is bypassing the process.

In closing, please at least try to keep this civil. It isn't
constructive or helpful for us to just exchange insults.
