Just a little bit of technical feedback:
You are running a very old version of Icecast (2.3.2). We are currently
releasing 2.4.1. ;) There had been many changes including many security
changes.

Also you run the stream in MP3 wich isn't officially supported. ... and
you do so in a very low quality. Is there any problem with upgrading to
some supported codec and a little bit more of quality? (I'm talking
about quality, not bitrate!)

If there is a significant number you could also set up a stream
directory. That way you can publish all the interesting information but
do not need to cooperate with the operators more than they pushing the
data to your directory in addition to what they are sending them to by
now (if any).
