Sending such faked DNS records (they are nothing more then fakes if they sell
it as "Internet") is crap.

If a hostname or domain not exist, i want to know this and not "forwarded" to
any dubios server which "catches" my client's requests. Why by the hell the
ISP has to see what type of requests i want to make to any non-existing
hostname? The problem is usually not limited to http.

In some countries providers has to filter / block DNS requests by law and
have
to provide a blocking page - this is crap too...
