I forwarded some responses I got from them to this list a while ago. They've updated their site and said they'd pull some stuff together to keep everything running.

Everything appears good on their end.

I agree, let's give them a week to respond and then have a vote.

A vote to end peering in a week's time would be appropriate in my view.

Not as far as I could tell. They have a forum but it's similarly
unmoderated and vandalized, I'm willing to bet there's few, if any New
Nations users that are using their servers as opposed to ours at this
point.

I sent an email to the last contact they had posted on their site (via
the Internet Archive) yesterday and haven't heard back so far.

I'm fairly certain everything's just running on autopilot over there,
nothing's left.

If this is the case, then it is fairly clear what we should do.

Does New Nations have a mailing list we could send a notification
to, just in case any legitimate users are effected?

On IRC a couple of us were discussing that. We were
not able to find any working sites. Either they time
out or go to 503 error pages.
