That's a close one! I think that with a bit of tweaking this TLD has a real chance of getting approved. I'd love to see a re-submission of the proposal at a later date with some (or all) of the community's suggestions incorporated into the Charter.

Thanks for spending the time on your proposal, and please consider resubmitting it with some changes. I'd definitely be in favour of a Russian language TLD, but I think there is a clear distinction between that and a Russian country TLD.
