No, no you haven't really. You replied to an existing thread somewhere in the
middle of nowhere. The thread itself started as a __COMPLETELY__ different
conversation which you hijacked.

We have clear rules on our Wiki:

https://wiki.opennic.org/opennic:creating_new_tlds

> propose the TLD - choose a TLD name and write a description of how it will

Let me cut that down:

> post these to the discussion list

"post" != "reply to/comment on an existing thread"

This ^ is the reason the charter didn't reach me earlier because I decided to
put the thread on my ignore thread which you recklessly decided to hijack.

I recommend you do the following now:

- Clean up your charter
- *POST* your charter to the mailing list: **DO NOT** reply to an existing
mailing list thread, instead you start a new thread by sending a *new* email
to the list address
- Answer most/all open questions about the charter or anything else related.
This is actually not a requirement, but it significantly highers the chance
of the majority voting for the TLD
- Call for a vote, *POST* your charter to the mailing list: Again, **DO NOT**
reply to an existing thread.

Note: Any member of the OpenNIC project can edit wiki entries. If you think
that the page mentione above is not clear enough how proposing a new TLD
works, feel free to edit it yourself:
