I sent "[opennic-discuss] edit offer for wiki "creating_new_tlds" page"
letter because I wanted to hear the opinion of the others about the
suggestion.
Before starting the try to edit something. Maybe someone will want to
fix or rephrase (I am not native speaker) or add something more.
