To `Section VI: Peered Network Guidelines`, I disagree with

> The peered network:
> - MUST provide access to OpenNIC’s TLD namespaces, without exception.

because
- it prevents peerings with services like Emercoin and Namecoin that are
unable to provide access to OpenNIC's TLD namespaces
- the implementation requirements are unclear to me: Do they need to run a T2
proxy server on top of their stack that forwards requests to an OpenNIC T2?
Do they need to resolve OpenNIC TLDs themself with a T2 server?
