Then I'm on board with having this vote, and we can put this ugliness behind
us. Counted votes with results have been published already to the list, so
there's no need for a second round of any kind. IIRC the mandatory discussion
period was 7 days from the original, so it must be put for vote on August 7,
2018 or later.

I am still going to use the "no troll/attack votes" proposal (I will rename
this "Opinions and allegations in proposals"), with the two corrections,
which is yea/nay. I believe it is helpful in general to remove such material
from the actual proposals. I agree that in the future we look towards a
pre-written code of conduct and modifying it for OpenNIC proposals and the
OpenNIC mailing list.
