In regards to this idea. What we have chatted about is creating a say
opnnic-bind-tools package and have it depends on bind9 for example.

Then installing this OpenNIC deb package will also bring in bind. Then
in the postrun of the .deb spec file we would create our own hints file.

This will ensure it is setup easily, and not in the road of the
package manager.

First - lets focus our attention on the website. Once we get
volunteers for a wordpress theme we can move forward to have a decent
entry page into OpenNIC.
