I'm quite interested in discussing the API as well. I think Martin is
doing a great thing here.
Maybe we can break down the API into a few pieces:

- API list (which functionality will be supported)
- How security will be integrated into the spec.

Granted, it's small right now but I'd really like to discuss designs
with the expectation they're still in use 10 years from now. There are
lots of great API design presentations and documents. My concern is
primarily security.

- storage of account passwords and data (scrypt?)
- communication between registrars (PKI)

In any event, I really appreciate you designing the framework and
getting it out there. It really helps get things rolling :D
