It's a slightly different setup, but this will generate a config file
with all of the current OpenNic TLDs, monitoring which servers currently
contain the proper versions of each zone, and making adjustments when
issues occur such as a zone serial being reset to a lower number.  Once
you have it working properly, the wiki page instructs on setting up a
cron job to update the files every three hours.
