-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 And that is of concern, to me at least.

Privacy is why I use TOR+SetDNS and D.N.S. servers like Google's are harvesting 'our' lookups and profiting from that invasion of privacy and I have a problem with that.

So I'd like to figure out and setup my systems to work as I wish.

No one has confirmed my conclusion that using a known exit node that supports OpenNIC will work explicitly, but that still seems to me to be the way.

I must check this on my work station, to see if I can access OpenNIC domains from there whilst routing through TOR.

The feedback on this subject has been great though, thanks for everyone's thoughts and knowledge! :-)

dnsmasq will forward OpenNIC lookups to whatever T2 you selected.

So the lookups aren't given any of the benefits of Tor.
